Whats New In Android 4.4 KitKat

The new Android 4.4 KitKat is out along with the new Nexus 5 smartphone by Google.
The Android 4.4 KitKat was launched three month after the launch of Jelly Bean 4.3 and Google has added a bunch of new features and tweaks to surprise its user and to enhance user experience. 
 So, lets compare the new Android 4.4 KitKat with the existing Android Jelly Bean and check its new features.
Looks and Styling 
The new Android 4.4 KitKat looks a lot more cleaner and stylish than the previous Android version, the user interface come with translucent effect, the navigation bar,launcher, the notification bar and the Google search bar has translucent effect. The new features such
as while listening to music or projecting movies to Chromecast, full screen album and movies art are displayed behind the lock screen.
Better Multitasking
The new Android 4.4 can do more multitasking, it smartly optimizes the phone memory and improves the touchscreen responsiveness and overall multitasking performance.
 Full screen Immerse Mode
The biggest change what Google introduced in Android 4.4 is the full-screen immersive mode. This feature automatically hides on screen navigation buttons and status bar while reading, gamming or while watching movies.
Smart calling and Caller ID feature.
 The OS enable a smart contact search which automatically priorities the your contacts based on the people you talk most. 
Getting a call from number not in your contacts, the phone will  look for matches of the incoming call from the businesses with a local string on Google Maps.
Messages and Hangout
The new app allows the your SMS and MMS messages to combine together with conversation and video calls in one app. 
A new set of emoji and colorful Japanese characters, now supported by Google Keyboard.
OK Google
This is a new voice control feature which allows you voice search, text,call, get direction and  play a song by just saying "OK Google".
Printing
The Android 4.4 allows you to print photos and document direct from the phone or tablet which can be connected to any printer connected to Google Cloud Print, to HP ePrint printers. or any other. 
Additional Features 
The Android 4.4 KitKat more energy efficient, consume low power in audio playback.
Supports Massage Access Profile( MAP) can  exchange messages with Bluetooth enabled car.
Chromecast support , you can enjoy online entertainment on your HDTV. 
HDR+ photography mode allows to snaps a burst of photos and combines them to give your a best possible single shot.
Build in Android Device Manager, help to find out your lost device.And a bunch of new redesigned apps like Quickoffice, Downloads app.

The Android 4.4 KitKat will come on Nexus 5, will be available on Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 , Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One.
